Wild Fennel Leaf Tea

Wild-harvested at Casa Khadijah, our off-grid permaculture finca in Aragón, Spain. Our wild fennel grows naturally across the land, filling the air with its distinctive anise scent. The leaves make a gentle, mildly sweet infusion that has been used since ancient times to aid digestion, relieve bloating, support respiratory health, and calm the nervous system. Delicate, aromatic, and naturally caffeine-free.

No additives. No chemicals. Just fennel.

Due to its mild oestrogenic properties, fennel tea is not recommended in large quantities during pregnancy.
